What’s your favorite kind of sandwich?
A Philly cheese steak hands down, can’t go wrong.

The Beatles or Elvis? Why?
This is hard because I love them both. But, I have to go with Elvis. He was the first artist was obsessed with as a kid. I had a bunch of vinyl records that were handed down to me and I’d listen to them all day

What country music artists do you listen to the most?
That’s a hard one… I’ve been listening to a ton of Texas/Red Dirt country lately. I’ve been jamming to Cody Johnson, Cody Jinks, Tyler Childers and Turnpike Troubadours.

How do you see country music evolving within 10 years?
You never know what is going to happen, music barriers are breaking every day. But personally I feel that music has a tendency to evolve back to the roots. I’m guessing that eventually country Music will continue to cross genres & there will be a point where it will circle back to some traditional aspects that we would hear like some of your favorite classic albums that we all love.

Where do you see your musical career in 5 years?
I am blessed to even do music for a living. The only thing I know is that I work hard and I want to take my career as a singer/songwriter as far as I can. It’s not very common for people to find what they love to do. As for the next 5 years, I will continue to tour and make new music that I hope y’all will love and enjoy forever.

Are there any instruments you don’t play but wish you did? Why?
I’ve always wanted to learn how to play fiddle. My father was a fiddle player and passed away when I was young. I feel if I learn how to play, I will be one step closer to understanding his joy in preforming.

What was the best advice you have received?
My friend Drew Cooper helped me get my feet wet when I jumped into the music scene, he told me that if I wanted this life you only have a plan A. The only time you will fail is when you stop. I took his advice to heart and I never looked back.

Where does most of your inspiration come from?
My inspiration comes from life. If you slow down and observe situations or interactions with people or things, you will find that everything is relatable and there’s always a story. Evaluate and paint a picture that you want to share with the world.

What do you consider to be your first big break in your career so far?
I feel like my first big break from getting recognition from my hometown being a singer song writer. Because the people who support me, I’ve gone on to do some amazing things like traveling to Nashville and opening for major acts like Josh Turner and Sawyer Brown.

What’s on the horizon for you that you would like to share?
I am in studio recording new music that we hope to be releasing soon, have some amazing shows coming up and getting ready for my tour.
